About this role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant contribution to our values-based organisation, providing responsive and innovative health and aged care services to enable our local people to enjoy quality care in their home community.

Key responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity related to activities of daily living and lifestyle
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team inclusive of other ECAs, Hotel Services, Lifestyle, Nursing and other staff to achieve the best care outcomes
  • Completing all documentation in an accurate and timely manner, and assisting with assessments and reviews as necessary
  • Demonstrating consideration, understanding and respect for clients and their families at all times in all interactions
About you
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Experience in an Extended Care Assistant or Personal Care Worker role
  • Ability to work across all shifts
  • A current Police Check (not more than 12 months old)
  • COVID and Flu vaccinations
