
Learning Development Specialist

The Practice Coach plays a vital role in shaping learning and development strategies as well as coaching activities to build service capacity for Home and Community Care staff.
This position actively supports workflow and ensures daily practice aligns with our operation model of care, grounded in person-centred principles. We foster an inclusive environment welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds lifestyles ethnicities faiths sexual orientations and gender identities.
They collaborate closely with leadership teams across regions and frontline staff providing guidance and support.
Job Description
This role involves supporting the growth and development of employees ensuring content remains up-to-date and relevant. They play a key part in driving social change and contributing to an organisation making a positive impact on vulnerable at-risk and disadvantaged community members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a relevant field such as Aged Care Health Business or equivalent years of experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded
- Experience in Aged Care and/or Health environments
- Significant experience in coaching and supporting employees
- Ability to convey information and ideas through creative channels that facilitate understanding and retention
- Confident in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change
- Passion for driving social change and contributing to an organisation making a positive impact
- Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
