Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and deliver corporate training solutions. This full-time position will work closely with colleagues to implement, manage, and maintain learning and development programs across the organization.

The successful candidate will have experience designing, developing, and evaluating learning and development programs, as well as using learning management systems (LMS). They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff across all levels and roles.

About the Role

  • Manage and develop corporate training solutions for staff.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitate face-to-face, online, and blended learning events, including logistics, monitoring, and post-course follow-up.
  • Liaise with external providers to implement training solutions.
  • Coordinate selection and onboarding of work experience and work placements within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, and evaluating corporate training and learning and development programs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and roles.
  • Demonstrated experience using LMS, business document preparation, and high level of computer literacy.
