Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team.

As a leader in the technology industry, we have expanded globally and now boast an impressive client base featuring some of the world's most prominent companies.

  • Assume overall responsibility for a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Achieve account retention and revenue growth targets through proactive relationship management and strategic planning
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and solutions to existing clients
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide expert account planning and execution
  • Represent us at events, conferences, and client forums
  • Conduct fee reviews and contract negotiations

Success in this role will be achieved through a deep understanding of our clients' business needs, exceptional service delivery, and the ability to build strong relationships and credibility.
