We are looking for a passionate **Salesforce Project/Delivery Lead** to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients across diverse industries, leading them through their Salesforce transformation journeys. You will guide delivery squads, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure that every project delivers measurable value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects and enhancements, from discovery through to go-live.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives) and coach teams on best practices.
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce delivery squads, removing impediments and enabling continuous improvement.
- Manage the delivery roadmap, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple streams.
- Align business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure delivery is on time and within scope.
- Champion Salesforce best practices, configuration standards, governance, and release management processes.
- Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, risks, and release milestones, providing transparency to senior stakeholders.
- Work with our clients to understand their vision, align priorities, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture within the delivery team.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Project/ Delivery Lead on Salesforce programs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom apps).
- Strong Agile delivery expertise (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams (admins, developers, architects, testers).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar delivery management tools.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or relevant) are highly regarded.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or SAFe certification is a plus.
