Senior Facilities Manager Position Available

Facilities Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management, property maintenance or a trade. They must be comfortable managing contractors and ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the general maintenance, presentation and functionality of dealership sites
  • Manage and coordinate trades and service contractors for various tasks including gardening, waste disposal and security
  • Schedule and supervise external contractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure all contractors are inducted and follow safety procedures
  • Monitor building systems such as stormwater tanks, air conditioning and pressure washers
  • Conduct regular inspections to pre-empt maintenance issues before they arise
  • Oversee minor repairs or upgrades and ensure work is carried out to a high standard
  • Support the implementation of workplace health and safety practices and represent the maintenance side in safety meetings
  • Help coordinate site projects as needed and support senior management with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities, property maintenance or a trade
  • Comfortable managing contractors and following up on site work
  • A practical mindset with good organisational skills
  • NSW driver's license (essential)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of WHS requirements
