Your Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will report to the Traditional Trade & Field Sales Director and lead a team of 3 National Account Managers and 5 indirect State Account Managers to boost sales and market share across Petrol & Convenience (P&C) customers in Australia. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing market-leading plans to work with retailers and create mutually beneficial market share growth.
- Managing the channel P&L to ensure effective management of customer deals and allowances while delivering a strong ROI.
- Achieving sales and revenue targets aligned with business annual operating plans.
- Building and implementing annual operating plans, including promotional strategies, new product launches, and in-store activations.

Qualifications and Skills:
This role requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in NAM or NBM roles within consumer goods in P&C, with proven commercial success in sales and category growth strategies. You must possess excellent planning, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills, as well as experience in people management, team leadership, change management, capability development, and training. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is also required.
