We are seeking a Care Services Director to lead our team of support workers and coordinators in delivering person-centred, efficient, high-quality housing support services.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours and occasional sleep-in shifts. You will manage your diary, prioritize workload, supervise colleagues, and participate in on-call rota out of hours.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to deliver housing-related support services aligned to contracts.
  • Coach individuals and manage team performance to ensure excellent outcomes for customers.
  • Act as Safeguarding lead, ensuring health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded.
  • Promote the service, ensuring visibility and accessibility to referring agencies and self-referring customers.
  • Ensure service quality evidenced by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys.

You will work closely with Senior Manager Kathy, Managers Elle and Debbie, and the East Ipswich Mental Health Cluster team to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have great people skills, confidence to challenge behaviours not aligned with our values, and experience in leading a team and empowering others.
