Job Title: Mental Health Professional
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Outreach Program Providers.
- Facilitate communications and coordinate activities of the Outreach Provider Program.
The role involves providing training on-boarding and off-boarding to Outreach Program Providers, acting as a liaison point of contact by providing ongoing information, debriefing, and support. It also includes developing, maintaining, and managing a database of Outreach Program Providers, updating Intake Allocators and administrative staff on availability.
Mandatory Requirements:- Qualifications as an AHPRA registered Psychologist/Mental Health Occupational Therapist/Mental Health Registered Nurse or Qualification as a Social Worker eligible for membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW) or Masters-level counselling qualification and registration with PACFA as a Registered Clinical Counsellor or with ACA at Level 3 or Level 4.
