About Our Team
">Culturally Sensitive Mental Health Care Specialist is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Indigenous Australians. As a key member of our Cultural Assessment and Liaison Team, you will deliver high-quality mental health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients within our Child and Youth Mental Health Service.Key responsibilities include providing cultural guidance, advocacy, and support to clients accessing our services. You will also be required to work closely with other team members to develop and implement culturally sensitive mental health programs.
We are seeking an experienced mental health professional who holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in a relevant health field and possesses a Blue Card and Class C Driver's Licence. A strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories is essential for this role.
