We are seeking a driven professional to join our team as Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue high-potential leads through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Owning the sales cycle from first contact to closing, manage every step with precision and confidence.
  • Establish and maintain a strong pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the corporate and financial sectors, acting as a trusted advisor for their compliance needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Present our products and services to clients, articulating their value and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Stay sharp, monitor compliance & regulatory market trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
About You:
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, preferably in the learning, SaaS, or compliance industries.
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets in a hunter role.
  • Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts and their relevance to businesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a love for fast-paced collaborative environments.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
