About This Position

This entry-level role involves expanding our footprint within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) by fostering relationships with participants, Support Coordinators, and providers.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Actively engaging with NDIS stakeholders to promote our transport services
  • Conducting outreach via cold calls, emails, networking, and attendance at industry events
  • Delivering tailored proposals and quotes to NDIS participants and other potential clients
  • Building and managing a pipeline of repeat and high-value clients
  • Attending expos and networking events in the NDIS and transport sectors
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
  • Supporting the broader sales team with strategic initiatives and insights from the field
Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face engagement
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or outreach roles is advantageous but not required
