Aviation Operations Leader
About The RoleThe Aviation Operations Leader will oversee the delivery of passenger, ramp, and load control services at Sydney International Airport.
This role focuses on improving safety, service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities- Day-to-day leadership and management of ground handling activities, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to develop and implement customer-focused initiatives.
The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to:
- Deliver continuous improvement in key areas of safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed targets while ensuring business, strategic, operational, and financial objectives are achieved.
