About The Role

As the General Manager, Ground Handling Sydney, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance.

The role will involve leading, managing, and developing a team of professionals to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), meet or exceed customer and business targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional ground handling services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Ensure the highest level of safety and compliance with regulatory requirements and dnata's health and safety management system
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve shared goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education up to Masters degree/MBA or higher preferred
  • Extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of driving customer-centric service cultures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including financial and budget management, and experience in driving cultural change and continuous business improvement
