Product Leader Position

This role involves spearheading a brand as its product custodian.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of annual brand plans, encompassing strategic objectives, positioning, messaging, and market entry strategies.
  • Develop and implement direct-to-consumer campaigns to boost awareness, education, and adoption.
  • Design patient-centric messaging and creative assets across digital, social, TV, print, and in-pharmacy channels.
  • Implement engagement strategies for healthcare professionals to drive recommendation and prescription.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in brand/product management.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking, customer centricity (Consumers & HCPs), and leadership skills.
  • While not essential, candidates with a retail/FMCG background are preferred.
