About the RoleThis is a pivotal leadership opportunity to embed inclusive practices that make a real impact. As the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) Lead, you will influence senior stakeholders, collaborate with Employee Advocacy Groups, and use data to identify systemic barriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver DIB strategies aligned with business priorities and cultural aspirations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to co-design impactful initiatives that reflect the voices of employees.
- Build inclusive capability through training, events, and programs that foster psychological safety and belonging.
You have proven experience in a Diversity and Inclusion focused role, with expertise in developing and delivering DIB strategies. Your strong understanding of intersectionality, inclusive leadership, and compliance frameworks will drive positive change within our organisation.
