This role combines strategic business development with real social impact, driving business growth and contributing to the success of our Inclusive Employment Australia services.
About the Job- Create customised, inclusive job opportunities that meet the workforce needs of local and national employers.
- Promote the benefits of hiring people with disability, helping businesses realise the value of a diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with Employment Consultants, Allied Health Clinicians, and Rehabilitation Consultants to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.
- Advocate for inclusive employment practices and support employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change and make a positive impact on people's lives.
