Lead Inclusion and Diversity Strategy

Drive business strategy and create a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and ready for the future. This full-time permanent role is based in Melbourne and offers a chance to shape programs that develop the next generation of aviation professionals.

As a Manager - Inclusion & Future Talent, you'll be responsible for leading the execution of Jetstar's I&D strategy, embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and workforce planning. You'll also deliver impactful programs that increase representation of underrepresented groups and design and manage Early Careers initiatives.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capability. You should have a track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of Jetstar's I&D strategy
  • Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of underrepresented groups
  • Design and manage Early Careers initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development, or generalist HR
  • A track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
