Job Title: Effective Educator RoleJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as an effective classroom practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering engaging programs to achieve specific student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, with the ability to operate under general direction within clear guidelines following established work practices and documented priorities.

This role involves supervising and training one or more student teachers, participating in the development of school policies and programs, and assisting in the implementation of school priorities.

The focus of this position is on classroom management, subject content, and teaching practice. New entrants to the teaching profession will receive structured support, mentoring, and guidance from experienced teachers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching their own classes and assisting with policy development and project teams
  • Participating in professional learning activities and induction programs
  • Assisting with co-curricula activities and events
