Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ingredient planning team. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a skilled planner who can help us deliver high-quality ingredients to meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the production plan to ensure agreed levels of finished product within specified quality standards, monitoring production capacity to maintain efficiency and prevent ingredient shortages, ensuring all quality procedures and good manufacturing practices are applied throughout the area, compiling monthly operations performance reports for site review, and implementing internal controls to manage stock effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills with attention to detail. You should be a strong collaborator with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders, and enjoy working in a regional environment.

Key Requirements
  • High School Certificate.
  • Industry knowledge of Agriculture, Commerce, Business, or similar discipline.
  • Manufacturing/Industry experience with broad financial and operational expertise.
  • Continuous Improvement experience, including implementing systems.
  • Experience using SAP and Excel.
  • Tertiary qualification in Manufacturing or Engineering related discipline (desirable).
