Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

CyberCX is a leading force in cyber security, offering services from strategy to cloud security, digital forensics and cyber education.

The role of Cyber Security Specialist involves delivering comprehensive cyber security professional services. The specialist will work with clients to identify and manage problems that can be solved through our Network & Infrastructure Security Practice.

This position requires managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, as well as designing and developing high-quality business solutions. The specialist will also support the development and implementation of new technologies within our systems environment.

This includes advising on design concepts, implementation strategies, and deployment timelines. Additionally, the specialist will liaise with customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed solutions or products.

A strong understanding of potential issues and advising leadership on follow-on business opportunities is essential for this role. The consultant must ensure that consulting services are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Professional level vendor certifications with core technology partners
  • A minimum of 3 years gained from working in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry, preferably with experience in security integration and engineering
