About the Role
  • Manage a caseload of participants with mental health disabilities, providing tailored support to empower them in achieving their employment goals.
  • Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model – a globally recognized approach to employment for people with mental illness.
  • Offer comprehensive support throughout the journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume preparation, placement, post-placement support, and ongoing assistance.

Requirements
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or a related field.
  • Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with participants, their supporters, and employers.
