About this role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining payroll systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee system integration, configuration, and functionality to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation and system integration solutions.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular analysis and reporting.

About the ideal candidate

You'll bring expertise in payroll systems and a proven ability to support complex organisations. Your background should include:

  • Experience supporting and maintaining payroll systems (Dayforce, SAP/SuccessFactors, or Workday preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll security structures and master data management.
  • Hands-on involvement in payroll system implementations.
