Job Title: Service Technician

About the role: Reporting to a supervisor, you will work as part of an operations team in Murrin Murrin. This is a permanent position on an 8 & 6 FIFO roster and involves exercising mechanical skills in assisting with fleet operation and maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with routine servicing, corrective maintenance, and fault repair on the fleet.
• Perform production work, including operating machines, cleaning equipment and tools, and assisting trade staff as directed.
• Carry out general labouring duties as directed by leaders and coordinators.
• Utilise and input accurate data into information and maintenance management systems.
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven mechanical aptitude with a strong commitment to safety.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence (minimum HR).
• High risk heavy forklift ticket (mandatory).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and across functions.
• Experience in working in a heavy industry environment, particularly around heavy machinery.
