Job Title

Operations Manager - Plant and Fleet Operations

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our plant and fleet operations, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety
  • Lead a team of managers and supervisors in managing plant and fleet resources, maintenance schedules, and logistics
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across cost, utilization, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on departmental performance, risks, and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure integration of operational activities with broader business functions, including HR, finance, and WHSEQ

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Civil Construction, Logistics, or Fleet Management, or equivalent industry experience
  • Mechanical trade or degree – highly regarded
  • Valid and current WA driver's license – C Class preferred
  • White Card/construction induction card
  • High Risk Work License – desirable
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
