Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, the Safety and Compliance Specialist will play a vital role in promoting a safe and compliant working environment across all sites.

  • Support the development and implementation of robust HSE systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, implement risk controls, and support incident reporting and investigations.
  • Deliver site and new employee inductions, assist in developing safety documentation and training for subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers to ensure subcontractor compliance, maintain presentation standards, and manage PPE supplies.
  • Contribute to the development of HSE policies, manage HSE documentation, and assist in producing reports and communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Cert IV WHS or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian HSE regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the Metro Perth region.
