  • Maintaining labor and operating expenses is crucial, achieved through effective scheduling, purchasing decisions, stock control, and regular audits.
  • Responsibilities also include developing and implementing innovative menu curations, bar promotions, and driving revenue and profit targets through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Last but not least, the selected individual will ensure all work areas are well-maintained, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership position within a high-end or upscale bar environment.
  • Expertise in product knowledge and creative flair, coupled with strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented outcomes, coupled with passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Superb organizational and time management skills, supplemented by current RSA certification.
