About the Role

You will be supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the Lobby Bar, including inventory management, colleague scheduling and training, service quality, and guest satisfaction.

  • Previous supervisory experience in a bar environment, leading a small team with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Availability across 7 days and willingness to work a rotating roster
  • A current valid RSA certificate
  • Full Australian Working Rights
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong and accurate communication skills, along with attention to detail. They must be able to handle a fast-paced international environment where multitasking is essential, with working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products.
