About the Role

Rio Tinto is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and aligning practices within Operational Technology to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement demand management processes within Operational Technology.
  • Shape demand with business owners, SMEs, and focus on value.
  • Oversee contractor and vendor management processes, performance monitoring, and Operational Technology Team performance.
  • Ensure technologies are operationally ready for production in our operational landscape.
  • Manage change processes and align Operational Technology pillars to a risk-based approach.
  • Coordinate and lead risk review processes of Operational Technology and its processes.
  • Monitor emerging technology within Operational Technology and coordinate with Technology owners.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An excellent understanding of Operational Technology and its alignment to the business value chain.
  • Experience in delivering Operational Technology in an integrated operational environment.
  • Experience in Management of Change processes within Operational Technology.
  • Understanding and ability to manage risk across technology and teams.
  • Understanding of all aspects of Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills internally and externally.
  • Ability to drive a collaborative culture amongst internal and external stakeholders.
