About the Role

We provide supervision and support for safe family contact for children in care. Our team is based in a specific location, with regular travel to carer homes and community locations as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Transporting and supervising family contact visits autonomously
  • Writing clear, detailed reports soon after each visit
  • Supporting care plans with case managers
  • Identifying and reporting child protection concerns
  • Managing visits when they are not in the best interest of the child

What You'll Bring

  • A diploma in community services or related field (desired but not required)
  • A valid driver's license, WWCC, first aid certification, and NDIS clearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and work effectively with diverse families
  • Understanding of child safety and car restraint laws
