As a Business Advisory Leader - Financial Insights, you will be responsible for analysing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review work papers and ensure appropriate evidence is documented.
  • Apply knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating and how the client is positioned in the industry.
  • Consider long term perspective on clients industry and identify possible opportunities and risks for the client.

You will also advise clients on practical and commercial issues, develop solutions that genuinely add value to the client's business, and share knowledge, best practices, and industry market trends with your team. Additionally, you will meet with clients, form positive relationships, manage workflow, communicate with partners, review junior team members' work, and ensure proper recording of information in our systems.

Your expertise will be valuable in designing, developing, and analysing financial models, identifying, researching, and resolving complex accounting issues, analysing management accounting reports, providing advice to clients, reviewing income tax returns, and delivering complex tax planning for clients.

About the Role:
  • Educational Requirements: Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major and CA certification
  • Demonstrated Experience & Attributes: 5-7 years experience in Professional Services, previous experience managing a team, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, commitment to continuing professional development
