Your Opportunity
  • Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Develop your technical expertise across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory.
  • Play a key role in client engagements, including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
  • Be part of the wider KPMG Enterprise group and gain exposure to working alongside our advisory business.
  • Work with a Personal Development Manager to advance your career and personal goals.
  • Develop skills across a broad range of tax issues or specialise in a chosen field.
  • Grow as a mentor and develop managerial skills, overseeing team members and encouraging their continued professional development.

A Competetive Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
  • Experience in Tax, Accounting or Business Services with a willingness to learn and develop your skills across the sector.
  • Demonstrate an ability to keep up to date with changes to taxation law and accounting standards.
  • Solid tax and accounting technical / systems capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for developing relationships with key stakeholders among our clients.
  • A client-centric approach and ability to understand client business needs.

Qualifications and Growth Opportunities: Relevant tertiary qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent). We also consider individuals currently studying but not yet qualified and can assist towards your study.
