Compassionate Home Care Professional

We are seeking skilled professionals to deliver exceptional in-home care services to elderly clients in Gladstone. This role is critical in enhancing the overall quality of life and fostering client independence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal care, excellent interpersonal skills, and a compassionate attitude.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications with accuracy and responsibility, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, maintaining their comfort and dignity.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • Driver's licence and vehicle.
  • National police check.
  • First aid & CPR.
  • Blue Card.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in personal care tasks.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
