We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to clients living in the community. You will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalised care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing daily care and support to clients within their homes, assisting with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and toileting, as well as supporting them with meal preparation, household tasks, and social activities.
In addition to your core duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to client confidentiality protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualised care plans in consultation with clients and their families.
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery and coordination.
- A Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification (or equivalent).
- A current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
- A roadworthy and insured vehicle for use during work hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
