We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our boiler stations, turbine generators, ash handling systems, and bagasse system.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor boiler station performance to ensure sufficient levels of steam for driving alternators that generate power for factory operations and external demands.
- Provide regular and accurate feedback to management on station performance.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with the professional development of boiler assistants.
Requirements
- A valid High Risk Work Licence for Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA).
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
