Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Process Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the super-heated boilers, turbine generators, ash handling systems and bagasse system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor boiler station to ensure sufficient steam for factory operations and external demands.
  • Provide regular and accurate feedback to management on station performance.
  • Achieve relevant sugar milling module competencies.
  • Assist with the professional development of boiler assistants.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
Work Arrangement

This position operates on a continuous rotating shift roster, which may include weekends and occasional overtime. The role switches to a day shift schedule with Rest Days off most Fridays during the maintenance period.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a High Risk Work Licence for Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA). While applicants with High-Risk Work Licences are desirable, training will be provided to those who show the right aptitude and fit.
