Security Operations Manager Role

This is a senior position focused on overseeing the operational management of personnel delivering services at our site in Alice Springs.

The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing security directives, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks while meeting regulatory and contractual site KPI requirements, planning and organizing daily operational and administrative activities, and introducing proactive measures to enhance security personnel performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
