Job Overview

We are seeking skilled tradespeople who want to build the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and weld heavy industrial components and structures to high quality standards
  • Use multiple welding processes: GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and SMAW
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of workshop equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with the team to support delivery of projects on time and to specification
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated experience as a skilled tradesperson on heavy fabrication projects
  • Minimum 5 years' experience required
  • Proficient in range of welding processes, including GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and SMAW
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • High-level safety focus, ensuring personal, team, and workplace safety at all times
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of relevant welding codes and standards
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demand
