Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Activation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the Event Vehicle program, working closely with marketing and sales teams to build and execute engaging events that drive brand awareness and customer love.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on-site at various events, connecting with local communities, and supporting different venues/outlets. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing event operations, including executional excellence, finding new opportunities, product availability, and reporting on event success.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities to use the Event Vehicle in a productive manner.
  • Supporting 3rd-party events with the EV, from planning and liaison with organizers to being on-site as brand support.
  • Creating engaging social media content, capturing local images, stories, and activities to build our local face and tell the story of the EV on our managed social channels.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a fun, dynamic work environment.

Requirements
  • Clean driver's license
  • DJ experience (comfortable using CDJ 900/2000s & DJM 800 Mixer)
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and people management skills
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations and make important decisions quickly
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
