The role of Maintenance Scheduler is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all maintenance activities are aligned with operational requirements and timelines.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance intervals, liaising with relevant teams to publish maintenance schedules, and regularly updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure that all sites are updated with the latest asset information and policies.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing maintenance tasks against agreed timings, procuring spare parts, tools, and equipment, and liaising with contractors and suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, high accuracy for data entry, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and exemplary communication skills.
