Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our finance team, focusing on conducting thorough analysis and modeling of new investment opportunities.
  • This role involves performing sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential returns and cost scenarios, developing financial models to simulate various investment outcomes and performance metrics, and supporting decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • The successful candidate will also prepare comprehensive reports on investment performance, including key metrics and trends, collaborate with finance and investment teams to assess the feasibility of new projects, maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets to reflect changing market conditions and assumptions, and assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders on investment performance and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required, with strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • A proven track record in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment evaluation, along with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy, is essential for this position.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, property, construction, or commercial business analysis is a plus, as is the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable format.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are also necessary for success in this role.
