About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take up the position of Risk Analyst. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in underwriting risks, preferably within Business Packages and Farm.

The Risk Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and managing risk profiles in accordance with defined limits of authority or class authority, organizational policy, and risk management standards.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all customers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
  • Providing timely and efficient service solutions to brokers and clients.
  • Partnering with strategic teams to proactively engage and work on a business plan to grow the market with targeted customer segments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in risk analysis and underwriting, preferably within Business Packages and Farm.
  • Established relationship management and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of relevant market conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and use it for decision making.
  • Relevant problem solving and negotiation skills.
