Our rapidly growing Digital & Information Group is expanding, and we are seeking multiple Analysts at various experience levels with expertise in the fields of cyber security, digital risk, performance or policies and standards to join our newly established Cyber Security & Digital Performance team. The Digital & Information Group is responsible for digitally enabling Urban Utilities today while transforming our future capabilities to enhance digital services for our customers, community, and people. We drive Urban Utilities' digital & data strategy, oversee the digital portfolio, and manage IT, OT, data, IoT, cyber security, infrastructure, system administration, network operations, and support services.

As an Analyst within our Cyber Security & Digital Performance team (in either Risk, Performance or Policies and Standards), you will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and drive performance improvements. You will play a key role in analysing and implementing complex strategies related to risk, performance, and digital transformation and contribute to shaping innovative digital services that deliver meaningful value to our customers, community, and people.

Cyber Security and Digital Risk Analysts will:
- Evaluate, identify, and manage risks from both digital and business perspectives;- Offer strategic insights and advisory support to enable risk-based decision-making;- Contribute to information and cybersecurity initiatives, including threat management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance assurance;- Provide consultancy and advice to design and maintenance activities for cyber security and operational programs;- Demonstrate proficiency in various risk frameworks, such as bow ties and critical control management;- Work closely with various business units and contractors to support and implement cyber security best practices; and- Provide advice and guidance on cyber security strategies to manage identified risks and ensure adoption and adherence to standards.

Digital Policy & Standards Analysts will:
- Develop, review, and govern digital standards and policies, reinforcing best practices and compliance;- Establish standards for digital practices and technologies to ensure consistency and security across the organisation; and- Support continuous improvement, work along with technical staff, and engage and collaborate with stakeholders;- Demonstrate proficiency in technical writing and communication.

Digital Performance Analysts will:
- Analyse and review overall digital performance metrics, driving data-informed enhancements;- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that align with our digital and data objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams; and- Support digital audit, assurance, and compliance management to ensure adherence to standards and policies.

About you:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics is required.- Certifications: Industry certifications such as CISSP/CISM, GSEC/GISF, GSNA, GISCP or GCIP, Microsoft Foundations, ITIL, or similar would be highly advantageous.- Experience: Proven experience in IT analysis, data analysis, reporting, and problem resolution is essential. Experience working within agile environments and a familiarity with agile methodologies would be advantageous- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.- Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency in risk assessment frameworks (e.g., bow ties, critical control management) and relevant tools (e.g., SQL, Service Desk systems).- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Customer-Centri
