To qualify, applicants must:

  • Identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and be accepted as such by the community in which they live or have lived.
  • Be enrolled in their first undergraduate degree course and studying full-time at an Australian university.
  • Be available for full-time work throughout the duration of employment.
  • Meet eligibility requirements to work and live in Australia permanently.
