Job Description

We are seeking experienced design professionals to join our team in the exciting field of Future Energy and Resources.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and drafting innovative solutions for projects across various commodities such as iron ore, gold, lithium, and bauxite.

Your expertise will be applied to future energy and renewables projects, including wind, solar, hydrogen, and power transmission. You will also have the opportunity to work on 3D modeling, drafting, and creating designs using common software packages like MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, Plant3D, and SolidWorks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians to gather requirements, assess project scope, and address technical challenges.

You will contribute to the team's ongoing success by collaborating on single and multi-disciplinary teams in the design of new-build or modification of process and non-process infrastructure.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior to intermediate team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Civil engineering design experience
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural principles
  • Proficiency in common software packages like MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, Plant3D, and SolidWorks
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians
