Job Description:

The role of a customer care coordinator is to engage with customers through various channels, providing tailored product information and answering inquiries. Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists is also a key responsibility. Additionally, guiding customers through innovative hearing devices and accessories while resolving concerns efficiently are essential tasks. Performing minor hearing aid repairs with training provided rounds out the responsibilities of this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs
  • Attention to detail with solid administrative background and collaborative spirit
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with ability to work independently when needed
