Small Business Banking Professional

We are seeking an experienced commercial lending professional to join our branch in Coffs Harbour. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping small businesses succeed and a strong understanding of their needs.
This role involves building deep connections with our local business community, having a compelling proposition and exceptional execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating great customer conversations to understand customer goals and needs
- Providing relevant and timely solutions including commercial lending, asset finance, merchant facilities and everyday banking solutions
- Proactively engaging customers to support their business and personal goals
- Being a brand ambassador within the local business community
The successful candidate will have experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen, excellent customer engagement skills and passion for Small Business customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales
- Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent customer engagement skills (both face to face and non-face to face)
