This is a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced General Practitioner to join our practice in the picturesque town of Babinda, located 60 kilometres south of Cairns. The area is known for its stunning natural beauty, with crystal-clear mountain streams, pristine rainforests, and spectacular waterfalls.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary health care services to patients of all ages, including paediatric, youth, adult, and aged care health. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver comprehensive care, encompassing immunisation, general medicine, shared ante and postnatal care, travel and tourist medicine, employment medicals, mental health, minor injuries, chronic pain, preventive health checks, extended primary care, indigenous healthcare, and chronic disease management.
Requirements- Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum of 3 years medical work experience
- Current working rights in Australia
