About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Barton Mills. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our Software Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Software Development field.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Manage a team of recruitment consultants to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent service to clients and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and aligned with market needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Software Development field.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, including experience in managing a team and developing recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
