Airline Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead partnerships with airlines and drive highly visible programs critical to the company's success. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing large enterprise customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who excels at strategic planning, organizational management, and communication. Your skills will be essential in leading the implementation of deliverables, managing internal resources, and documenting program progress.

This role requires a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration. Periodic travel to our office is required due to site visits.

The Airline Program Manager will:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of deliverables to meet client goals and priorities
  • Leverage industry experience and customer management skills to drive technical solutions to multiple clients/airlines
  • Manage internal resources for delivery of technical solutions
  • Document program and customer progress and financial performance
  • Identify and manage customer services deficiencies

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work cross-functionally with sales teams and senior management to offer alternate solutions and product growth opportunities
  • Function as the primary driver of communication between Client and Customer stakeholders
  • Develop resource utilization and planning tools for program and portfolio management
  • Implement established program management processes and dashboards

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8+ years of increasingly responsible experience in program management
  • Experience with PM tools, including MS ProjectsJIRA, MS Project, and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
